Week 16: Highlights
1. G3 Activates their Voices for Social Issues
Students in G3 used their voices in support of global issues such as war, poverty, disability, refugees, hunger and pollution. Our mission for students to become effective communicators, global citizens, and creative thinkers were featured in their research, presentations and passion for making the world a better place. They shared how little actions from each member of the community can make a world of difference.

2. G5 Students Create Abstract Art
In the ES, conceptual learning goes beyond memorizing facts. We give students opportunities to create, to think, and to show their design skills in all subjects including art. What a beautiful display of their passion projects that evoke great conversation and stories.

G1 Studies the Sky and Patterns
G1 students continued their science learning of space, patterns, and constellations. They wanted to know what and how scientists and people of the past learned about the world and how they used these patterns to communicate and connect with each other. What great way to bring this learning to life by having students enter a planetarium and enter the world of virtual reality to see earth from a different perspective and make meaningful connections. Enjoy your time in space!
